I along with my wife and parents traveled to Kuala Lumpur on 27th Nov 2018 and stayed there till 31st Nov 2018. Our flight was from Chennai with Air Asia. The flight departed Chennai at 8:20 A. M and reached Kuala Lumpur at 2:45 P. M. Flight duration was approximately 4 hours. We landed at KLIA2 which is also known as Air Asia terminal. This is a new terminal for all the budget airlines. We had a hassle free immigration. Then I purchased a Hotlink Sim card which cost me approximately 25 Ringgits. Then we took a airport prepaid taxi to reach our hotel. I booked our 4 nights stay at Hotel Ibis Styles, Kuala Lumpur near Metro podu, Fraser business park. I had made this booking through cleartrip well in advance. The hotel is approximately 5 Kms from city centre. Hotel rooms were very good and included all basic amenities including buffet breakfast.

I had purchased this voucher through trip adviser. The voucher was delivered at the hotel reception even before we had checked in at the hotel. Our slot was at 7:00 P. M. For commuting, I used Grab which is a very popular app in Malaysia. It is reasonably priced and very reliable. We left our hotel around 6:20 P. M and reached KLCC Suria within 10 mins where the Petronas Twin Towers are located. The tour started at sharp 7:00 P. M as mentioned on the voucher. The observation deck offers some breathtaking views of Kuala Lumpur city.
The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers , are twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat official definition and ranking, they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 and remain the tallest twin towers in the world.
